We respect your privacy! Enchanted Dreams, LLC does not give, sell, trade or rent any  information about our clients with anyone outside the company. When we mail your package, it is in a priority mail box from “ED, LLC”.

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you regarding your order.

We share only that portion of this information which is absolutely necessary with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card (to charge the credit card) and the shipping carrier (address on the package) that delivers your order.

If there is a need to contact you regarding your order, we will first try to contact you by email.  If that fails, we will try to contact you by phone.  If we are still unable to reach you, we will try to contact you by regular mail.

In addition to the information you provide, we automatically record your IP address (Internet Provider) when you place an order.  This is necessary in order to help us detect fraudulent activity. We may share this with the financial institution that issued the credit card with which an order was placed, or with law enforcement authorities, if we determine that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not contact you after your purchase unless you ask us to place you on our mailing list or you contact us for further purchases. We respect your privacy!

Further, all orders are shipped in priority mail boxes from the United States Post Office and the shipping label does not mention the word “lingerie.”

The day your order is shipped, you should receive an email from the USPS for confirmation that your package was shipped. If you did not enter your email in correctly, you will not receive this email.  We normally send confirmations towards the end of the day.

Other than sending emails to you about your current order we will not send out emails to you, unless you have signed up to receive notifications of special offers. You can get our special offers by signing up for our news letter or  follow us on a web 2.0 site like twitter.  We do not offer many special offers so be sure to take advantage of them when we do offer them.
