Shipping Policy

Delivery times –

US deliveries will take anywhere from 5 – 15 business days to ship depending on availability of products ordered.  If an item is back ordered there may be delays in this time frame, but we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible. If you order more then one item and one of the items is on backorder we will ship your other items, then ship you the back ordered item when it becomes available at no additional shipping cost to you.

Canada and other countries deliveries will take anywhere from 7 – 30 days to ship depending on availability of products ordered and transit times.

International shipments may incur duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the country that the package is being shipped to.  These monies will need to be paid at the time of delivery and are imposed by your country which we have no control over. Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. You are responsible for clearing your merchandise purchased from Enchanted Dreams, LLC  through customs and paying any taxes and or duties that your country levies. Contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Note: Foreign delivery might take longer due to customs. Shipping & Handling rates may change due to quantity of goods and weight.

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice, please be sure to check the current shipping rates before placing your order with us.  The correct charge for shipping will appear in the shopping cart during the checkout process.

* Note – Due to American Express policies we will only ship to the billing address of the card even if you provide a ship to address.

Enchanted Dreams reserves the right to ship any order to the billing address instead of the shipping address at our discretion and without notice.  Orders that are being shipped to an address other than the billing address may delay the shipping of your order while our security staff tries to verify the order.

Once your package has left our warehouse, the responsibility of delivery is up to the shipper of choice. We do not cover or re-ship packages due to shipping related problems. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that have been delivered, or stolen from delivery locations. Enchanted Dreams will do everything in our power to provide information that is requested by the shipper to track your package. This will include address information, order information, shipping date and shipping confirmation.   The customer agrees that they will do what ever is required by the shipper to make a claim for the package.

Payment by online checks:

When a customer pays via online check the merchandise is not shipped until after the check clears the bank.  Due to the privacy act implemented at many of the banking institutes we can not confirm whether or not your check has cleared.  When we are unable to verify that your check has cleared your bank, we will wait 20 business days ( a business day is work day Monday – Friday) before we ship the merchandise.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the large increase in bad checks it is necessary in order for us to be able to continue to process online check orders.  If you do not wish to wait for your items, you may fax us a copy of your cleared check or pay by a different method.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from our store.  We offer a limited 30 day return policy.  All returns are for exchange or in store credit only.

* All returns must be placed within 30 days of the ship date.

* You must obtain an RMA number from Enchanted Dreams by emailing enchanted.dreams@yahoo.com

* Products must be in  perfect condition and in original packaging with hang tags still on item. Items that smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke will not be accepted for return.

* We do not accept partial returns of a product.

* Swimsuits,  jewelry, wigs, clearance items, costumes, hosiery and any items that have contact with the “private area” such as underwear bottoms or clothing with bottoms as part of the outfit (this includes dresses that include matching underwear) are not returnable whether worn or not.

* Returns on unused and unworn merchandise only. We will be happy to exchange for another item or give you in-store credit. All returns are given in store credit only.

In store credit must be used within 30 days of issue.  Accounts with credit that hasn’t been used within 30 days of issue will incur a $5.00 service charge each month.  If your in store credit is less then $5.00 the remainder of the credit will be charged as the service fee.

* Limit of 3 returns per 6 month period.

* Shipping and Handling will not be returned.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back, unless it was due to an error on our part.  All return packages must be insured!

* Any refused packages will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

* Enchanted Dreams, LLC reserves the right to determine whether an item is returnable or not.

*There will be  a 20% restocking fee on all shoe returns and exchanges.

*Exchange shipments will be billed $8.95 on domestic orders for shipping out the lingerie and clothing exchange merchandise. International exchanges will be billed $39.95 for exchange shipping.  All domestic SHOE exchanges will be billed $18.95. International shoe exchanges will be billed $46.95.
